ORDER

Plaintiff, a state prisoner, brought this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Final judgment was entered on March 29, 2010, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment in an unpublished memorandum disposition filed on July 14, 2011. Pending before this court is plaintiff's motion for transcripts at government expense (Doc. 351). Because transcripts were prepared (see Doc. 358), and because the appeal has been resolved, the motion is denied as moot. IT IS SO ORDERED.
