JUDGMENT AND PROBATION/COMMITMENT ORDER

Y GUILTY, and the court being satisfied that there is a factual basis for the plea.
NOLO CONTENDERE NOT GUILTY
There being a finding of Y GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of: UNLAWFUL USE OF A PASSPORT, in Violation of TITLE 18 U.S.C. § 1542; as charged in Count 1 of the Indictment.
The Court asked whether defendant had anything to say why judgment should not be pronounced. Because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the Court, the Court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that:
It is ordered that the defendant shall pay to the United States a special assessment of $100, which is due immediately.
All fines are waived as it is found that the defendant does not have the ability to pay a fine.
Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant is hereby PLACED on: Probation for a
THREE (3) years under the following terms and conditions:
The defendant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the U. S. Probation Office and General Order 05-02;
The defendant shall participate of a period of ten (10) months in Home Detention program which may include electronic monitoring, GPS, Alcohol Monitoring Unit or automated identification systems and shall observe all rules of such program, as directed by the Probation Officer. The defendant shall maintain a residential telephone line without devices and/or services that my interrupt operation of the monitoring equipment;
The defendant shall pay the costs, to the extent she has the ability to do so, of Location Monitoring to the contract vendor, not to exceed the sum of $12.00 for each day of participation. The defendant shall provide payment and proof of payment as directed
During the period of community supervision the defendant shall pay the special assessment in accordance with this judgment's orders pertaining to such payment;
The defendant shall perform 40 hours of community service, as directed by the Probation Officer;
The defendant shall comply with the immigration rules and regulations of the United States, and if deported from this country, either voluntarily or involuntarily, not re-enter the United States illegally. The defendant is not required to report to the Probation Office while residing outside of the United States; however, within 72 hours of release from any custody or any re-entry to the United States during the period of Court-ordered supervision, the defendant shall report for instructions to the United States Probation Office, located at the United States Court House, 312 N. Spring Street, Room 600, Los Angeles, California 90012;
The defendant shall not obtain or possess any driver's license, Social Security number, birth certificate, passport or any other form of identification in any name, other than the defendant's true legal name; nor shall the defendant use, for any purpose or in any manner, any name other than her true legal name or names without the prior written approval of the Probation Officer;
As directed by the Probation Officer, the defendant shall provide to the Probation Officer; (1) a signed release authorizing credit report inquires; (2) federal and state income tax returns and a signed release authorizing their disclosure and (3) an accurate financial statement, with supporting documentation as to all assets, income, expenses, and liabilities of the defendant;
The defendant shall maintain one personal checking account. All of defendant's income, "monetary gains," or other pecuniary proceeds shall be deposited into this account, which shall be used for payment of all personal expenses. Records of all other bank accounts, including any business accounts, shall be disclosed to the Probation Officer upon request;
The defendant shall cooperate in the collection of a DNA sample from the defendant.
The drug testing condition mandated by statute is suspended based on the Court's determination that the defendant posses a low risk of future substance abuse.
Upon motion of the government, all remaining counts are order dismissed.
Defendant waives her right to appeal.
In addition to the special conditions of supervision imposed above, it is hereby ordered that the Standard Conditions of Probation and Supervised Release within this judgment be imposed.
