X GUILTY, and the court being satisfied that there is a factual basis for the plea.

NOLO CONTENDERE NOT GUILTY

There being a finding/verdict of X GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of: Title 18 U.S.C. § 641, a Class A misdemeanor, Theft of Government Property The Court asked whether defendant had anything to say why judgment should not be pronounced. The defendant addresses the Court, and the Court adjudges the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and orders: Defendant shall be sentenced on the single-count information for a term of 1 year probation.

The defendant shall be placed on probation for a term of one year under the following terms and conditions:

The defendant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the U. S. Probation Office and General Order 05-02, including that he shall not commit any violation of local, state, or federal law or ordinance;

The defendant to submit DNA sample.

The drug testing condition mandated by statute is not applicable.
