PLAINTIFF,
v.
D. ADAMS, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Sandra M. Snyder United States Magistrate Judge

ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO SCHEDULE PRETRIAL AND TRIAL DATES AS PREMATURE (ECF No. 120)

On July 1, 15, and 25, 2011, Plaintiff filed motions for reconsideration by the District Judge of the order granting in part and denying in part his motion to compel. On August 31, 2011, Plaintiff filed a motion to schedule the pretrial and trial dates in this action.
