ORDER RE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED]
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned counsel for all parties, that subject to the Court's approval, the Initial Case Management Conference 21 scheduled for September 21, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. be continued out for 6o days. The parties are 22 negotiating terms of a settlement and would need to submit it for a 45-day review period to the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Justice pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 135.5. The parties anticipate resolving the matter in the near term.
