STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER EXTENDING BRIEFING SCHEDULE ON NEC'S MOTION TO DISMISS ELECTROGRAPH'S COMPLAINT
This Document Relates To Individual Case No. 3:11-cv-03342-SI (N.D. Cal.)
Electronics America, Inc., and NEC LCD Technologies, Ltd., through the undersigned counsel, 4 request that the Court enter the following order to (1) extend Plaintiffs' time to oppose 5 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss to September 27, 2011; and (2) extend Defendants' time to file a 6 reply in support of its Motion to Dismiss to October 11, 2011. Plaintiffs Electrograph Systems, Inc. and Electrograph Technologies Corp. and Defendants NEC Corporation, NEC Corporation of America, NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc., NEC 3 WHEREAS Defendants filed a motion to dismiss the complaint in this action on September 6, 2011 (Dkt #18) (the "Motion"); 9 10 opposition to the Motion; 11 12 submit its reply to such opposition 13 14 stipulate and agree as follows: 15

1. Plaintiff shall oppose the Motion by September 27, 2011.
2. Defendant shall submit its reply by October 11, 2011.
3. The Motion shall be heard on October 28, 2011.
