STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL OF LENOVO
Plaintiff Positive Technologies, Inc. ("Positive") and Defendant Lenovo (United States) Inc., as identified in the Litigation, and Lenovo Technology (United Kingdom) Limited, Lenovo Group Limited, Lenovo (Singapore) PTE, Ltd., and their subsidiaries and parents, domestic and 7 foreign, and Affiliates (collectively, "Lenovo"), by their respective undersigned attorneys 8 hereby stipulate that their respective claims against each other be, and hereby are, dismissed 9 with prejudice with each side to bear its own costs and expenses including attorneys fees. 10
This stipulation does not affect the rights or claims of Positive
against any other
defendant or intervenor in this litigation. Positive's complaint
and this action with regard to the 12 remaining defendants and
intervenor remain in effect unless and until specifically dismissed.
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED
