STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER RE: (1) ENLARGEMENT OF BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND RESCHEDULING OF HEARING ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO DISMISS; AND (2) CONTINUANCE OF CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

Plaintiffs Jasmine Hubbard and Marvel Mills ("Plaintiffs") and Defendant Wenner Media LLC ("Wenner"), by and through their counsel and subject to the Court's approval, hereby

STIPULATE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, on October 20, 2011, this Court entered an Order scheduling a Case Management Conference for January 6, 2012, with a Joint Case Management Statement due by December 30, 2011;

WHEREAS, on December 9, 2011, Defendant filed its Motion to Dismiss, Or, In The Alternative, To Transfer To The Southern District Of New York ("Motion to Dismiss") (Docket No. 18), setting a hearing date of January 20, 2012;

WHEREAS, Plaintiffs' Response is due December 23, 2011, and Defendant's Reply is due December 30, 2011;

WHEREAS, the Parties request a modest enlargement of the briefing schedule to accommodate their holiday travel plans, along with a short continuance of the hearing based on the enlarged briefing schedule;

WHEREAS, there have been no previous time modifications in this matter; WHEREAS, the Parties request that Plaintiffs' date to Respond is extended to January 13, 2012, Defendant's date to Reply is extended to February 3, 2012; and the hearing on the Motion to Dismiss is continued to February 17, 2012; and

WHEREAS the parties also request a modest continuance of the Case Management Conference to February 17, 2012 to coincide with the hearing on the Motion to Dismiss, along with a new deadline to file a Joint Case Management Statement of February 10, 2012;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED TO BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT, subject to the Court's approval:

On or before January 13, 2012, Plaintiffs shall file their Response in Opposition to 19 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Defendant shall file its Reply, if any, on or before February 3, 2012. 20 The hearing on the Motion to Dismiss shall be continued to February 17, 2012. Further, the Case
