JUDGMENT AND PROBATION/COMMITMENT ORDER

X GUILTY, and the court being satisfied that there is a factual basis for the plea.
NOLO CONTENDERE NOT GUILTY
There being a finding/verdict of GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of:
Bank Fraud, Aiding and Abetting and Causing an Act to be Done in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344; 2 as charged in the Single-Count Information.
The Court asked whether there was any reason why judgment should not be pronounced. Because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the Court, the Court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that: Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of:
Probation for a period of five (5) years with the accompanying condition that eight months of probation be subject to home detention. The terms of home detention shall include those previously approved and administered by the Pre-trial Services Agency.

During the period of probation, defendant shall make monthly payments in the aggregate of not less than 10 percent of his gross monthly income, the minimum payments that defendant shall make shall be $50 per victim per month. At the end of the period of home detention, the probation office shall conduct analysis of his financial condition and if changes in the terms of restitution that is required or warranted are warranted, the probation office shall work with counsel to propose modification in the Judgment and Commitment Order.
During the period of probation, you shall pay the special assessment of $100 in accordance with this judgment's orders pertaining to that payment. Defendant shall cooperate in the collection of a DNA sample. Defendant may not seek the discharge of these debts in any present or future bankruptcy proceeding.
