JUDGMENT AND PROBATION/COMMITMENT ORDER

FINDING:

There being a finding of X GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of: Conspiracy to manufacture and possess with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of Title 21 USC 846 as charged in the count one of the indictment.

JUDGMENT AND PROBATION/COMMITMENT ORDER:

The Court asked whether defendant had anything to say why judgment should not be pronounced. Because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the Court, the Court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that: Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, it is the judgment of the court the defendant is hereby committed to the Bureau of Prisons to be

imprisoned for a term of:

TIME SERVED.

IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that defendant is placed on supervised release for three (3) years, under the following terms and conditions: the defendant 1) shall comply with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Probation Office and General Order 05-02; 2) shall during the period of court-ordered supervision pay the special assessment in accordance with this judgment's orders pertaining to such payment; 3) shall perform eight hundred (800) hours of community service, as directed by the Probation Officer; 4) shall cooperate in the collection of a DNA sample from the defendant.

JUDGMENT AND PROBATION/COMMITMENT ORDER

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all fines and costs of imprisonment are waived.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant pay a special assessment of $100.00, which is due immediately.
