ORDER GRANTING JOINT REQUEST TO STAY CASE PURSUANT TO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
Good cause having been shown in the parties Joint Request to Stay Case Pursuant to Settlement Agreement, the request is hereby GRANTED.
It is ORDERED that the case is stayed and any deadlines and hearing dates are taken off calendar. Within seven days of the "effective date" of the Settlement Agreement, Plaintiff shall notify the Court that dismissal of the case is warranted.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is removed from the Court's active caseload until further application by the parties or Order of this Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for plaintiff file semi-annual status reports commencing on May 14, 2012.
This Court retains jurisdiction over this action and this Order shall not prejudice any party to this action.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
