ORDER RE: SETTLEMENT AND DISPOSITION

Plaintiff filed a "Notice of Settlement" on March 1, 2012, in which he states, "the parties have settled this action[, and d]ispositional documents will be filed within (30) calendar days." (ECF No. 24.)

Further, the final pretrial conference scheduled for hearing on March 12, 2012, is continued to commence at 1:30 p.m. on April 23, 2012, in the event no dispositional document is filed, or if this action is not otherwise dismissed.*fn1 A joint pretrial statement shall be filed seven (7) days prior to the final pretrial conference.
