[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING AST'S AND COMTECH'S MOTION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE RELIEF TO FILE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS UNDER SEAL AND RELATED COUNTERCLAIMS

Applied Signal Technology, Inc. and Comtech EF Data Corp.
