The parties, through their respective attorneys, hereby stipulate and agree to continue the currently scheduled status conference in this case from May 15, 2012 to June 12, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Plaintiff United States previously requested that the blood sample from Mr. Alarcon be tested; however, the results of the test have not yet been released to the parties' counsel.
