The attorneys for 3 Genentech and The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania request that the Court allow the 4 parties to arrange for the provision of secure high-speed wireless or wired internet access in the 5 courtroom. The internet connection will enable the trial teams in the courtroom to stay 6 connected to our online case repository and resources in the office during critical moments of the 7 proceedings.
