STIPULATION TO DISMISS ENTIRE ACTION WITH PREJUDICE; [PROPOSED] ORDER
THE PARTIES, BY AND THROUGH THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD, HEREBY STIPULATE AS FOLLOWS:
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a), the parties hereby stipulate to dismiss with prejudice the above-captioned action in its entirety. Each party will bear its own costs, expenses, and fees, except as specifically provided in the settlement agreement that this Court approved on March 29, 2012. The parties request that the Court sign the proposed order that follows this stipulation.
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
