JUDGMENT

On July 11, 2012, Plaintiff The Independent Order of Foresters (hereinafter referred to as "Foresters") filed an Application for Entry of Default Judgment against Defendant Solomon Kisekka (hereinafter referred to as "Kisekka").

On May 31, 2012, the Court granted Foresters' Request for Entry of Default Judgment and found that Foresters is entitled to Judgment against Kisekka in this action in the amount of $90,797.42.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that & LLP Judgment is entered in favor of Foresters and against Kisekka in the amount of $90,797.42, with interest to accrue on the Judgment from the date of the Judgment at the statutory rate.
