Plaintiff filed this action on June 1, 2011. On January 4, 2012, the Court granted Plaintiff's motion to interplead and dismiss Plaintiff with prejudice. On August 5, 2012, this Court issued an Order to show cause why the case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute against Defendants. Defendants have failed to respond to the Court's Order to show
Therefore, the Court ORDERS that this action is dismissed without prejudice for lack of prosecution and for failure to comply with the Orders of the Court.
