FINAL ORDER OF FORFEITURE

WHEREAS, on or about December 13, 2011, December 16, 2011, April 9, 2012 and June 5, 2012, this Court entered Preliminary

Orders of Forfeiture pursuant to the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §§ 982(a)(6) and 1028(b)(5), based upon the plea agreements entered into between plaintiff and defendants Juan Hernandez-Lopez, Alejandro Bielma-Ortiz, Luis Eduardo Torres-Hernandez, and Javier Hernandez-Lopez forfeiting to the United States the following property:
