ORDER ON STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

The Stipulation of Dismissal of Action pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, between Plaintiff, Binh Ngo ("Plaintiff"), on one hand, and Defendant, Iron Mountain, Inc. ("Iron Mountain"), on the other hand, was filed on August 31, 2012.

Having read and considered the Stipulation, the Court ORDERS that the above- referenced action is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
