ORDER

Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security. Plaintiff has neither paid the filing fee for this action nor filed a completed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.*fn1 Plaintiff will be provided an opportunity to either pay the filing fees in full or submit a completed in forma pauperis application and is warned that failure to do so within the time provided may result in dismissal of this action for lack of prosecution and failure to comply with court rules and orders. See Local Rule 110.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff shall either pay the full filing fee for this action or file a completed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days of the date of this order.
