IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties to this action, Plaintiff, KANDY QUIGG and Defendant, METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, 19 through their respective attorneys of record, that the above-entitled action, and all claims for 20 relief thereon, shall be dismissed with prejudice, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 21 22 41(a), subject to the Settlement and Release Agreement entered into between the parties, with 18 neither party to make a claim for fees or costs based on the Dismissal.
