HARTER, Chief Assistant Federal Defender, attorney for Defendant, that the Trial-Confirmation hearing date of February 1, 2013 and Jury Trial date of February 19, 2013 be vacated, and the matter rescheduled for Trial-Confirmation hearing on April 5, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. and Jury Trial on April 30, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
Additional time is requested for further investigation of the charges, and to accommodate the attorneys' schedules.

Based upon the foregoing, the parties stipulate and agree that the ends of justice served by granting this continuance outweigh the best interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial and time under the Speedy Trial Act should be excluded from the date of signing of this order through and including April 5, 2013 pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §3161 (h)(7)(B)(iv) [reasonable time to prepare] and Local Code T4 based upon continuity of counsel and defense preparation.
