JOINT STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER

This matter is currently in abeyance as United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) reopened the visa revocation decision that was the final administrative decision in this case. The parties now agree to continue the abeyance period an additional 60 days, until May 3, 2013, pending the issuance of a new decision by USCIS. The parties agree to file a Joint Status Report no later than May 3, 2013, advising as to the status of the case.
