NOLO CONTENDERE NOT GUILTY

There being a finding/verdict of GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of:

42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(7)(B); 18:2 FALSE REPRESENTATION OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER; AIDING AND ABETTING AND CAUSING AN ACT TO BE DONE as charged in the Information.
