STIPULATION AND )[PROPOSED] ORDER TO MODIFY CONDITIONS OF RELEASE

The parties, through their respective undersigned counsel, 20 stipulate to the modification of Defendant Mays' release 21 conditions to allow for her free movement to and from her home 22 from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. each day until her voluntary 23 surrender date of May 16, 2013. These hours may be adjusted by 24 25

Pretrial Services (PTS) to accommodate Ms. Mays' job requirements.
