Plaintiff Steven Blackwell filed his "First Request for Production" electronically on March 28, 2013, and styled it as a "discovery letter brief." Dkt. No. 55. However, Plaintiff's letter brief 15 appears to be a request for production pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26, which need 16 not be filed with the Court. Discovery requests should be directed at the party from whom 17 production is requested in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

The clerk is directed to terminate the request.
