STIPULATION AND [proposed] ORDER EXTENDING PLAINTIFF'S TIME TO FILE MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties, through their respective undersigned attorneys, and with the permission of the Court, that because of the length of the administrative record (1,113 pages), the administrative law judge decision at issue (16 pages), plaintiff's counsel's previous unfamiliarity with this case, and his workload, plaintiff's time to file a motion for summary judgment is extended from April 22, 2013, to May 13, 2013.

This is the second extension.

ORDER

For good cause shown, the requested extension of plaintiff's time to file an opening brief is extended to May 13, 2013.
