STIPULATION AND ORDER CONTINUING SENTENCING HEARING
JOHN A. MENDEZ, District Judge.
The United States of America, through its counsel Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason S. Hitt, and defendant Jonathan Austin, through his counsel Clyde M. Therefore, the parties request that the sentencing hearing for Mr. Austin be continued to April 1, 2014, at 9:45 a.m.
IT IS SO STIPULATED.
Good cause appearing upon the stipulation of the parties, it is ordered that the hearing regarding the imposition of judgment and sentence upon Jonathan Austin now scheduled for February 25, 2014, is continued to 9:45 a.m. on April 1, 2014.
