Plaintiff is a California prisoner proceeding pro se. On October 9, 2014, plaintiff was ordered to pay the $400 filing fee for this action within 30 days. Plaintiff was warned that failure to pay the filing fee within 30 days would result in a recommendations that is action be dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee.
Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice.
